These terms describe use of FetchFox, operated by FetchFox. Contact support with questions.

Your account

Keep your project key and sign-in links private. You are responsible for requests made with your key; rotate it if it is exposed.

Permitted use

Only request content you are authorized to access and process. Respect applicable law, privacy, intellectual property, and the source platform’s terms. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, obtain private content, attack networks, or harass individuals. We may suspend access to investigate abuse or protect the service.

Availability and results

Source platforms may change or restrict access, and results may be incomplete or unavailable. Transcription and generated summaries can contain errors; verify results before relying on them. Available features and limits are described in the documentation and your plan.

Credits and payments

Successful processing uses the documented credit rates. Failed processing does not incur a success charge. Available plans, recurring prices, and purchase terms are shown before checkout when billing is enabled. Manage cancellation through the billing portal and contact support about refunds or disputed charges.

Leaving the service

Export your data before requesting deletion. An active paid subscription must be resolved before account erasure. See the privacy notice for retention details.
